Paul Brown
Paul brings decades of experience in financial services, preceded by a career in mechanical engineering and robotics. He served as international Chief Underwriting Officer for a Fortune 200 company, directing business lines that generated approximately $5 billion in revenue and holding multiple board positions. Earlier, he managed a $26 billion mortgage servicing portfolio. In 2023 he turned full time to real estate investing and private lending, and he founded Real Quick Funds and Pinecone Capital.

Adam Anderson
Adam spent two decades as a financial advisor, building and managing a $170 million advisory practice that helped families and businesses work toward their financial goals, before selling the practice to his partner. He has since moved from the public markets to private lending, where he focuses today.
Justin Pilakka
Justin Pilakka is a partner at Real Quick Funds, where he leads lending operations, risk underwriting and final deal approval. He has extensive real estate experience across buy-and-hold, BRRRR, short-term rental and wholesale strategies, and now focuses on transactional lending, helping investors close quickly while protecting capital through disciplined process.
